Derived from many years of extensive research and development, we believe that a well-built facility is crucial for the health and well-being of our guests, and therefore, every inch of our award-winning facility has been custom-designed and constructed with one goal in mind: the maximum comfort and safety of our pet guests.

Our unique and proprietary designs were developed by pet care consultants, architects, psychologists, behaviorists, contractors, arborists and veterinarians worldwide to allow for safer, brighter, and more comfortable conditions when compared to traditional boarding facilities. • Our pet care campus features an award-winning veterinary hospital on site.
• Our custom climate control systems ensure temperatures and humidity levels remain comfortable year-round. We utilize sections, or zones, to separate our guest suites and help minimize stress and noise factors.
• Our one-of-a-kind ventilation system circulates air continuously with evenly-distributed, draft-free fresh air (replaced multiple times per hour). This helps prevent the spread of odors, airborne germs and contaminates.
• Our hallways are designed “extra-wide” to provide ease of movement and safe distancing for multiple pets.
• Our floors and walls are coated with special materials specifically designed for pets and their special needs.
• Our skylights are strategically placed to provide natural lighting which reduces the levels of stress.
• Our audio/video systems continually pipe soothing music and video to ease tensions and make guests feel ‘right at home’.
• The type and color of each material used, both in front and behind the scenes, has been carefully crafted and tested for positive reaction.
• Our centrally linked sanitation system assures uniform attention to cleanliness. Hospital grade disinfectants are used to keep areas spotless and “flea-free”.
• Our commercial-style dishwashing and laundry facilities ensure fresh and sanitary dinnerware, bedding and towels.
• Our 8 foot perimeter fencing and redundant exit door design prevents escape possibilities.
• Our fire suppression, alarm and key-card entry systems ensure pet safety while our video surveillance systems monitor and record the grounds for an uncompromised, secure environment – 24 hours per day.
