Reservations
Non-holiday/peak period Confirmed Reservations require a one (1) night’s advance deposit and must be cancelled with at least 10 days notice prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel a non-holiday Confirmed Reservation with at least 10 days notice prior to arrival date (including a “no-show”) will result in each Pet being charged for the entire length of the Confirmed Reservation, in the room type reserved, but will not exceed a three (3) night charge. Holiday/peak period Confirmed Reservations require a two (2) night minimum stay, a two (2) night advance deposit and must be cancelled with at least ten (10) days notice prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel a holiday/peak period Confirmed Reservation with at least ten (10) days prior to arrival date (including a “no-show”) will result in each pet being charged for the entire length of the Confirmed Reservation, in the room type reserved, but will not exceed a five (5) night charge. In addition, during holiday/peak periods, if Owner decides to shorten Pet stay (prior to the original scheduled day of departure), Owner will be charged for the entire original length of Confirmed Reservation. Similar to a human hotel, The Barkley utilizes rack and holiday/peak period pricing. In addition, our lobby closes early or shall be closed for drop-off and pick-up a few days per year. 01/01/12 – 01/06/12 – Peak/Holiday Pricing We request 24-hour notification for cancellation of Day Camp, grooming, day spa and rehabilitation services so that we may reschedule without charging for missed appointments. Additional living space is available for those who would like their family's pets (of the same species) to stay together. We offer a 30% discount on the rate for each additional pet in the same suite. Specific room requests are honored on a space available basis and cannot be guaranteed. Room design and furnishings may vary. If you are interested in a package, please contact a reservations associate. In addition, we offer select suites which adjoin together. In such case, the first pet in each suite is charged 100% and then the multiple family members discounts apply thereafter. To ensure availability, it is recommended that reservations be made well in advance. Payment
To ensure quality service, boarding reservations can only be guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit at the time of booking. Payment for all accommodations and services reserved will be paid for at time of check-in. All additional or ancillary services will be paid upon check-out. Any credits for accommodations or services not used will be applied upon check-out. The Barkley proudly accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and Barkley Bucks Gift Cards.
